Vehicle Hire Terms

Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refuelling charge will apply if vehicles are returned with less fuel.
Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting rates. Final pricing depends on specific vehicle availability, rental duration, and any additional services requested. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Deposits
A security deposit is required for all vehicle hires. The deposit amount varies by vehicle category and is held against your payment card. Deposits are released following satisfactory vehicle return.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by booking type:
- Cancellations more than 48 hours before collection: Full refund
- Cancellations 24-48 hours before collection: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before collection: No refund
